The Role of the CSTA Advisory Council

The CSTA Advisory Council is a body of high-level academic and industry representatives who support CSTA and its mission to promote the teaching of computer science and other computing disciplines at the K-12 level. Through their participation in this Council, these leaders have agreed to:
  • Inform CSTA activities with a broad understanding of market and educational realities
  • Provide CSTA with strategic long term vision and guidance
  • Provide prominent public support for CSTA and its mission
